Our families and communities need healing.

This is an urgent time to stop and pay attention. To listen to the earth of our bodies and Mother Earth and hear how Spirit is guiding us.

I began this series of reflections after August 19, 2024, when I was hit by a car while crossing the street.

In the coming days, I began to imagine all of us humans as dry bones, flung together in a field, being pulled together by tendons and muscles made from spirit and connection.

In these pages, through my reflections, my community, and my healing, I breathe spirit into these bones.
